Rob Peters is the Founder of Standard of Trust. With more than 25 years of high-level business development and management experience in business & IT consulting services to commercial, retail, and investment banks.
Prior to launching Standard of Trust, Rob was Senior Manager for Capgemini Financial Services Banking & Capital Markets Practice. Responsible for managing Capgemini FS business development activities in the banking domain, with a particular focus on advising clients on business strategy & process and information technology solutions to increase bank profitability and capital, acquire and retain customers, and improve overall efficiency.
Rob was the Senior Director of Business Development for Capital Markets at Headstrong, Inc. (formerly known as James Martin & Company), a global IT Consulting firm, where he was responsible for acquiring and managing strategic capital market and banking clientele. Prior to that, was Managing Director for Keane, Inc (formerly known as Metro Information Services).
Earlier in his career, Rob held various executive level positions at IBM. During Rob’s tenure, he was responsible for supporting the business development efforts for firms such as Motorola, Baxter, and Kraft.
