		<description>Hi, as a leading vendor of automated customer contact, I do agree with you that a virtual software agent can not give more empathy  or motivational ability than a human. But a virtual agent can definitely give more empathy and motivational ability than the current FAQ-selfservice systems which are in use now. A virtual agent can take away pressure of a contact center, so the live agents can focus on the type of contacts where emphasis and motivation is needed. A virtual agent should focus on bringing relevant information to a customer online and should be channeling some customers to live contact. It got me thinking that the relationship capital is only ever on loan to us. It can be taken back at any time.

I have never heard of a relationship capital black list but in business networking circles there is often talk about people who do not honour their commitments.
